Hey Guys! Happy Monday! Hope you had a great weekend:)
As you know I’m literally obsessed with stripes. It’s such a classic and chic pattern. It also works so well for spring. For this OOTD I wore this fab Self-Portrait ruffle top. You probably can’t tell in the photos but the top is made from a thick, substacial fabric, which is one of the reasons for the higher price tag. Anytime designers use expensive fabrics it drives up the retail cost. I absolutely love this top. The details are everything:) It even has a cute pocket that I didn’t even notice until we were shooting. Spring is all about ruffles so this top is the perfect statement piece to add to your rotation.
I paired the top with white Citizens of Humanity jeans. A white jean is a wardrobe staple for spring/summer. I particularly love these because of the quality of the denim (they are not see-through), the high rise loose fit and the distressed leg details.
I always try to incorporate a POC so I styled the look with these Baublebar yellow earrings. I love how the yellow popped against the blue stripes. I’ve been really into earrings as of lately and love these! I own them in red as well. They are so fun and inexpensive.
I wore Gianvito Rossi natural sandals, which are still one of my favorite pair of shoes. I found some alternatives for you guys which I included in the “Shop the Look” below. I love how beautiful my new beige & black Chanel bag completed the look.
